4.1. PLD Organisation Pty Ltd does not use remarketing services for ALTR. However we will use your email address to send important system notifications. This may include, updates, system downtime and new features.

5.1.  We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Website, to provide the Website on our behalf, to perform Website-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used.
5.2.  These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

7.  Spam Email

7.1.  We do not send “junk” or unsolicited e-mail in contravention of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We will, however, use e-mail in some cases to respond to inquiries, confirm purchases, or contact end users. These transaction-based e-mails are automatically generated. Anytime an end user or visitor receives e-mail it does not want from us the end users can request that we not send further e-mail by contacting us via email at mail@altr.com.au.

8.   Compliance With Laws
